Swadley's BBQ

Swadley's BBQ has been a game-changer for me since a referral from a current client. What began as a performance test for custom table covers I designed in late 2019 has skyrocketed into $1,001,000 in sales through 2021. My unique approach—consulting, researching, sourcing, designing, quoting, and executing—has led to innovative uniform ideas and themed apparel that have elevated Swadley's brand.

Swadley's gained an exclusive contract with the state of Oklahoma to operate in-park restaurants called Foggy Bottom, boosting their sales tenfold. I'm particularly proud of developing a character with an in-house illustrator, which has become a hit with Swadley's customers. I sourced a 7-foot-tall character for in-restaurant photos and convinced the owner to feature this character in a campaign for t-shirts, print materials, and custom plush toys manufactured overseas.

Moreover, I created a campaign centered around a rustic design of a man fishing, which I transformed into playing cards, apparel, caps, and handmade wooden ornaments sold in their gift shops. I thrive on developing a single design concept and expanding it across multiple layers, making each project uniquely impactful and engaging.

Patterson Energy

Patterson Energy reached out for my services due to lack of attention from their current client representative. They weren’t receiving the attention they deserved. They ordered employee jackets once a year for Christmas, $6,000 in sales, but I quickly built my relationship with their buyer turning 2018-2019 into over $1,000,000 in sales. Similar to Swadley’s, I immersed myself into every aspect of the company’s needs. I sourced overseas, custom products and apparel for their employees and soon I developed a Oil Rig Award program for over 263 location. Later I created an internal online store where managers could order awards for their respective employees. They felt so comfortable with me that many of the executives based out of Houston, would contact me directly and gave me access to their internal Google Docs to keep up with the various special projects. For example, needing help with a golf tournament, I sourced, quoted, laid out and presented the merchandise and then designed the packaging for the golf balls.

RNDC

Patterson Energy turned to me after feeling neglected by their current client representative. Despite initially placing modest annual orders of $6,000 for employee jackets during Christmas, I quickly transformed our relationship. By immersing myself in their needs and going above and beyond, I boosted their sales to over $1,000,000 from 2018 to 2019.

Similar to my approach with Swadley’s, I delved into every facet of Patterson Energy's operations. I sourced custom products and apparel from overseas, developed an Oil Rig Award program for over 263 locations, and created an internal online store where managers could easily order awards for their employees.

My dedication fostered a strong sense of trust; executives in Houston began reaching out to me directly and even granted me access to their internal Google Docs to manage special projects. For instance, when they needed help with a golf tournament, I handled everything from sourcing and quoting merchandise to designing and packaging the golf balls.

This experience underscores my commitment to building deep, impactful relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Foxworth - Galbraith

In 2016, Oklahoma City's Forrest Lumber was acquired by the national powerhouse Foxworth-Gailbraith, which boasts over 40 locations across the United States. When another firm struggled with managing a particular order and missed crucial deadlines, I was called in to rescue the situation. With determination and a positive attitude, I not only met the client’s needs but exceeded expectations by delivering earlier than anticipated. I discovered that the key to connecting with a challenging buyer was through laughter and honesty. Over time, we developed a strong friendship, discussing everything from children to politics. This account exemplifies the importance I place on cultivating meaningful client relationships. The Marketing VP knows that when I source a product or design a campaign, excellence is guaranteed. From 2019 to 2021, Foxworth-Gailbraith’s billing surged by an astounding 3,455%, showcasing the tangible impact of our collaboration.
